Rotating rubber roller contact workpiece in linear to prevent from bubble generation.
High precision photo sensor is used for control and monitor of foil feeding with dots.
The foil without dots can be controlled by timer.
Worktable stroke is adjustable so that different length of workpiece can be hot stamped.
Stamping pressure, temperature and speed is adjustable.
Hot stamping height is adjustable.
Auto foil feeding, foil collection etc.
Machine with iron cast construction for strong and compact.
